Q: What is the deadline for submitting my timesheet? A: Timesheets are due by Monday at 12 p.m. following the week worked. Deadlines may vary during public holidays or company shutdown periods.
Q: When do I get paid? A: Wednesday.
Q: What happens if I miss the timesheet deadline? A: If you have missed the timesheet deadline, your consultant will be notified and will be in touch. We cannot guarantee that timesheets submitted after the deadline will be processed in that week's payrun.
Q: Am I eligible to be paid for a public holiday if I am not required to work that day? A: You are eligible to be paid for that day if you have been on assignment for 2+ weeks and it is considered an ordinary working day for your assignment – i.e. if the public holiday falls on a Monday, you will need to have worked the two Mondays prior.
Q:If I am required to work on a Public Holiday, what am I entitled to? A: If you are required to work on a Public Holiday, you are entitled to time and a half and a day in Lieu, as per your Employee Agreement
Q: How much notice do I need to provide if I am unwell? A: You should notify your consultant and submit your sick leave request as soon as possible, ideally before your scheduled shift. For planned medical appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Q: Do I need a medical certificate? A: Medical certificates are required for sick leave longer than 3 consecutive days. For shorter periods, a certificate is recommended but not mandatory.
Q: Can I modify my sick leave dates after submission? A: Yes, contact your consultant if you need to modify your return date.
